Stfaseid http refactor

Description

Draft for new API. Needs extensive manual testing. Only merge if changes in https://code.fbi.h-da.de/danet/api/-/tree/10-refactor-current-proto-definitions-stfahelm and upcoming changes to CLI are approved.
