Clean up old/not used branches
Since we still have some branches (e.g. database-doc-start or grpc-cli-take1) that are currently no longer being worked on, it should be checked if they are still needed or which parts should be merged into v.0.1.0-codename-threadbare.
No child items are currently assigned. Use child items to break down work into smaller parts.
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
