cleanup kernel code and use vmlinux header for kernel structs and apis (#110)

Switching to vmlinux allows to extend kernel hook
to collect TCP socket information/statistics and much more
this commit doesn't introduce any functional changes also
update libbpf to more recent version since we have el9
