Initial documentation

Martin Stiemerling requested to merge doc-how-to-add-yang-models into develop

While working on something to add yang models I've figured out that we do not any further documentation beyond the boilerplate README.

Now:

  • added doc directory
  • added README.md in there
  • added yang-models.md describing how to add yang models to the gnmi-target.
