Improve Cutout Visibility

🚀 Feature

As a user, I want the cutout to be more visible without increasing its size, so that it is easier to recognize and interact with the small object.

🎨 Wireframe

• The cutout remains at its original size.
• Visual effects are added to make the cutout stand out, such as blinking, sparkling, or highlighting the surrounding area (e.g., the table).

✅ Acceptance criteria

• The cutout size does not increase from the current implementation.
• The cutout is enhanced visually to attract attention (e.g., blinks, sparkles, or the table is highlighted).
• The small object within the cutout is easy to notice and pick up by the user.
