MDBook Structure doesnt have all algorithms

Currently the MDBook doesnt have a chapter for each algorithm.

• Discuss pre final MDBook structure and build it
• Discuss the depth of explanation for each chapter and algorithm
• Optional: generate issue-template for future documentation tasks in the MDBook
