Show error message when missing write access for a repository

LEAF-Writer can open files from public GitLab/GitHub repositories. When trying to save such a file opened from a public repository that the opening user has no write access to, LEAF-Writer will just fail and keep the save dialog open without telling the user about the error. This should be changed.
