Improve logging and add tracing (OpenTelemetry)

Debugging a complex setup of many KMS is complicated. I suggest the integration of tracing to have a better way of debugging.

My idea would be https://opentelemetry.io/ and then maybe https://www.jaegertracing.io/ as a frontend.
