Further discuss and improve automatic gNMI subscriptions

Description

Currently, there are a lot of issues with how the device watching subscriptions work. In short, there might be problems with inconsistency and scalability. This should be further discussed in detail to find a suitable solution for the current issues of the implementation.

One possible idea:

Create some kind of buffer for updates and then write changes after a (adjustable) specific time frame.
