Unimplemented methods of PrincipalNetworkDomainAdapter

Description

The PrincipalNetworkAdapter is currently mainly used with the CLI. Much of the adapter's functionality is not implemented; therefore, it is necessary to implement those methods and extend the adapter so that a PND can be addressed properly from the CLI.
